It is necessary to end the political chaos in Pakistan

As much as national unity and solidarity is indispensable to deal with the serious challenges facing the country, due to the war of interests of political powers and other elements, it is as extinct today. The recovery of the economy from the sinking ship seems to depend on the acquisition of a new tranche of a billion dollar loan from the IMF, for which the strictest conditions are being met, but even after receiving this tranche, economic recovery is not possible.

Travel is possible only if the path of understanding is adopted for the purpose of resolving differences instead of political warfare, but the current situation is quite the opposite. Eleven months ago, the Tehreek-e-Insaf government ended due to losing the support of the majority in the parliament, but instead of accepting this change under the constitution and law according to democratic traditions, the path of protest campaign was adopted, which changed in different forms. The former prime minister is using his workers as a shield to face the cases pending against him in the courts and avoid arrest. This strategy recently also led to the death of a young supporter named Zal Shah, which the caretaker government of Punjab is calling a traffic accident and Tehreek-e-Insaf police violence and to launch a full force protest campaign against it.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in his statement accused Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Imran Khan of trying to thwart the restoration of the IMF program through political chaos and sedition on the streets. It is part of the same agenda. This claim of the Prime Minister is not baseless because in order to thwart the receipt of the installment from the IMF last year, Shaukat Tareen, the former finance minister belonging to the Tehreek-e-Insaf, allegedly called the Finance Ministers of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on regular phone calls in this regard. The audio recording of which has come to the fore, and today, when the country's economic strategists are once again busy trying to get the IMF tranche, there are preparations for elections in two provinces and the electoral process.

A peaceful environment is indispensable for the good performance of the work, so the death of a Tehreek-e-Insaf worker has become the cause of riotous protests, regarding which the caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab and IG Police have claimed in their press conference yesterday that the available evidence, the death of the PTI worker was not due to police violence, but due to a collision with a vehicle and this vehicle also belonged to a leader of Tehreek-e-Insaaf, Raja Shakeel, who was known to the woman leader of the party, Dr. Yasmin Rashid, but leaders of Tehreek-e-Insaaf have taken this issue against the government and their political interests decided to use it for this purpose and for this reason, a protest movement is being conducted by accusing the police and caretaker government of Punjab of killing their worker.

Imran Khan, however, rejecting the position of caretaker chief minister and IG Punjab, called them liars and demanded a judicial inquiry into the matter. Many political analysts are also of the opinion that due to the marks of torture on the body of the deceased worker, it cannot be a mere traffic accident. On this basis, justice and humanity require that the transparent judicial investigation of this matter should not be done lazily and without delay, fruitful progress should be made in this direction so that the requirements of justice are also fulfilled and political chaos in this regard is avoided. Don't run out of opportunities.
