Imran Khan's Promise of Justice for All in Pakistan Hindered by State Terrorism and Threats to His Life

Pakistan, a country that was created in the name of Islam, has been grappling with numerous issues, including terrorism, corruption, and political instability, since its inception in 1947. The founder of Pakistan, Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, had promised justice for all in the new system based on the teachings of Quran. However, the promise of justice for all remains unfulfilled, as the country has been ruled by terrorists, military dictators, and corrupt politicians for most of its history.

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan, who took office in 2018, has promised to give practical shape to the Quaid's vision of justice for all. However, he is facing enormous challenges, including state terrorism and threats to his life. The recent spate of attacks on his supporters and the opposition leaders indicates that the state is not willing to tolerate any opposition to its authority.

Imran Khan, who came to power on the slogan of "Naya Pakistan" (New Pakistan), promised to eradicate corruption, ensure good governance, and promote economic growth. However, his efforts have been hindered by the deep-rooted corruption and vested interests of the ruling elite, who are not willing to give up their power and privileges. The country's economy is in shambles, with high inflation, unemployment, and debt, while the social and political fabric is fraying due to ethnic, sectarian, and regional divides.

Moreover, the country is facing multiple security challenges, including terrorism, insurgency, and sectarian violence. The recent attack on the Chinese consulate in Karachi, which was claimed by Baloch separatists, has raised serious concerns about the security situation in the country. The Taliban, Al-Qaeda, and other terrorist groups are still active in the country, despite the government's claims of success in the war on terror.

The state's response to these challenges has been harsh and repressive, with the use of state terrorism to suppress any dissent or opposition. The human rights situation in the country is deplorable, with extra-judicial killings, enforced disappearances, torture, and censorship being the norm. The media is under strict control, and journalists are harassed, arrested, and even killed for speaking out against the government's policies.

Imran Khan's efforts to bring about change in the country have been met with resistance and hostility from the ruling elite, who see him as a threat to their interests. His calls for accountability, transparency, and good governance have been met with obstruction and ridicule, while his attempts to reform the country's institutions have been stymied by bureaucratic red tape and vested interests.

In conclusion, Pakistan is facing enormous challenges, including terrorism, corruption, and political instability, which have hampered its progress and development. The promise of justice for all, based on the teachings of Quran, remains unfulfilled, and the country is ruled by terrorists, military dictators, and corrupt politicians. Imran Khan's efforts to bring about change in the country are facing numerous obstacles, including state terrorism and threats to his life. However, it is imperative for the country's future that the vision of Quaid-i-Azam is realized, and justice is delivered to all, regardless of their status, ethnicity, or religion.

CJPs and Cricket Bats: A Comedy of Errors in Pakistani Politics

In the grand theater of Pakistani politics, where political maneuvering is as common as chai on a Lahore street corner, a new act has taken center stage. Chief Justice of Pakistan, Qazi Faez Isa, is wielding the judicial cricket bat, and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is desperately trying not to be bowled out. Picture this: a three-judge Supreme Court bench led by CJP Isa, not satisfied with the PTI's petition on "enforced disappearances." It's like a cricket match where the batsman is desperately trying to hit the googly, but the bowler is throwing legal curveballs. And guess who's in the commentary box? None other than Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan, a seasoned politician and lawyer, ready to face the googlies and bouncers of justice. CJP Isa, like a stern umpire, questions Ahsan's "locus standi." It's not your everyday courtroom drama; it's a judicial power play. The CJP suggests that the petition might be for the "benefit" of a po...
