Pakistan's Unified Stand Against Extremism: COAS and Islamic Scholars Advocate Peace and Harmony

In a pivotal gathering at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir, alongside prominent Islamic scholars representing diverse schools of thought, resolutely declared a unified stance against extremism, terrorism, and sectarianism. The meeting, which aimed at fostering inter-sectarian harmony and understanding, showcased a commitment to a peaceful and inclusive Pakistan.

The COAS, addressing the assembly, unequivocally asserted that the use of force and armed action by any entity outside the state apparatus is unacceptable.
